Southwest Airlines pilots have agreed to a new contract, including an immediate 29.15% raise, improved scheduling, and compensation.
The contract also includes benefits such as maternity and paternity leaves, disability coverage, and increased retirement benefits.
The new contract aims to reduce attrition rates at Southwest, especially among younger pilots.
