Alaska Airlines CEO is demanding Boeing to improve its aircraft programs after loose bolts were found on many MAX 9 aircraft.
The January 5th incident led to the grounding of 171 MAX 9 aircraft and an investigation by the FAA.
Boeing issued an apology to Alaska and United Airlines, promising to take action and improve quality.
