Flair Airlines reportedly owes over CAD$67 million in unpaid taxes to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), leading to an order for the seizure and sale of the airline's property.
The CRA typically works with companies to resolve tax issues and may resort to legal actions, such as seizing assets, as a last resort to protect government interests.
Despite the financial controversy, Flair Airlines' operations have not been affected, and the airline continues to fly its fleet of Boeing 737s.
