The pilot union and airline have finally reached an agreement.

EVA Air pilots and the TUP have reached an agreement to avoid striking during the Lunar New Year holiday travel period.
The agreement includes pay raises, international allowances, and restrictions on hiring foreign pilots unless there is a "special need."
EVA Air has promised continued improvements in salaries and benefits for employees, and pilots have agreed not to protest until May 2026.
