World's Only Flying Lockheed Neptune Follows Southern Cross HARS Return

The HARS Museum south of Sydney is returning the Lockheed Neptune 273 to service with flights on Friday and Saturday.

HARS is returning a rare Lockheed Neptune aircraft to the skies after two years of refurbishment.
The aircraft served with the Royal Australian Air Force from 1962 to 1977 and will be flown this weekend, weather permitting.
HARS volunteers have meticulously restored the Neptune, along with other vintage aircraft, and the museum is open for tours.
